The Reading List

Like many people I’m sure, who have decided to explore their more spiritual and metaphysical side I have an ever-expanding list. There is so much information and insight out there that it can be:

A) Very difficult to know when to stop buying books (it can become an addiction)

B) find it difficult to discern what is going to have a meaningful and direct impact upon your personal journey i.e just because it looks pretty on your coffee table doesn’t mean it will be of help. Equally, if you are a Wiccan a book on Buddhist meditation may not be your bag. It might be helpful to have a think about what aligns with your belief system, what you think you may need help with and ultimately what you will find interesting. Not all books are equal and not all books will keep you engaged although it must be said that what appeals to one person may not appeal to the next.

Here you will find a list of the books I am working through, my thoughts and opinions on the content will be posted in due course. Some of them are actual ‘books’ and others are audiobooks, I find it really useful to have audiobooks at times as I may be feeling physically shattered and not up to concentrating but equally want some content to mull over :
